Hey guys I'm looking for a good workout routine that will help me gain muscle at the same time tone my body. Any ideas?? Please help me out if you can. I try to work out twice a week (usually tuesday and thursday). Thanks brothers and remember stay safe.
p90x is great. also there is the "10 minute workout". Also there is a download for George St. Pierre's workout, which combines cardio with weight training. its insane. Haven't chekked out crossfit.com yet. I will. good luck.
You guys aren't lying P90X is great. We use this for shift PT, 1 one hour session on a rotation plus the p90x abs each shift. If you're not hurting the next day, you're not doing it right or plain lazy... lol
