Your tones just went off got your gear on and your engine/ladder/tanker arrive on scene and your the first truck and your going to be in charge until the captain arrives in three minutes. There is a two story building with flames showing from the rear of the building out of the top. You have been informed by a neighbor that the family is home and you have not seen them outside. First thing your FD does.......

Find out how many in the family,make entry if possible,inform your capt of opps ,request 2nd alarm because most of your team will be in S & R and knock down fire as much as poss until more helps arrives
