bailout
Can anyone tell me where I can find a decent and REASONABLY PRICED bailout system?
I already have a gemtor harness, i really just need a bag/rope/hook combination.

I can get you a 50' NFPA certified escape rope, bag, two biners and a personal 8 for $75.

I have the FESH system available on FETC's site. I love it.
When I come on shift, I put it on my SCBA waist strap, so it's ready to go. It's not in the way when I'm doing other tasks, but quick to grab.

What are you using for your harness? Your SCBA waist strap is by no means rated or meant to be used for any sort of weight bearing.
