Prior to that I served as a firefighter in Clarks Summit Fire Company No. 1, INC. starting in 1995. Promoted to Fire Lieutenant in 1997. Served 4 years as Ladder 4 Lt before promoting to Fire Captain where I continued my service on Ladder 4 for an additional 2 years. In 2003 I promoted to Assistant Fire Chief the position I served in until I resigned and moved my career to Hilton Head Island in 2005.
