Where I work, we don't have many highrise structures but still train for the ones that we do. One of our guys came from LAFD and shared this system for tracking and documenting who's where and what they are doing. Do you use a similar system? Hope you find this a helpful way to track things.
As always, stay safe and think safety!

cool, glad it's going to be used... and it's simple to teach, I didn't even have to put much text to describe what it is that I am proposing... It just makes sense... Firefighter proof... : ) TCSS, MS
This is outstanding! Our three largest highrises have alot of glass in the lobbies. This system would work well on the glass next to the doorway, keeping it clear.
where I work, there are not a ton of high rises... only at the University is where we find them. and when we do have to respond from rural america to the city, it sure is nice to have a way to keep track of folks, and in such a way that everyone coming in and out of the building knows to hand off their passport tags to the first in engineer who is typically tasked with handling the accountability system, which includes using a door or window as the white board... Git 'er done! SB Mike
