Changing My Arizona firefighter 1 & 2 cert to Colorado

I was wondering if anyone has had to do this before and if they have what the test consists of that you need to take.

I live in Longmont. I just moved here and am getting afiliated with Lafayette Fire Dept. I'm starting out as a volunteer and hoping to make my way up. My cert is IFSAC certified but my HAZMAT cert isn't so I need to find a HAZMAT Operations class. Did you get a certification transfered through them? Do you live in Colorado?

If your certs are IFSAC or ProBoard then you're in the clear. If not, they won't do anything to help you. Colo Division of Fire Safety is notorious for paperwork problems. There are a few bigger city departments that have paid to use another national certification group rather than deal with them, and I've had plenty of issues with them. If you have IFSAC or ProBoard then they'll just convert your certs. BTW, where in Colorado are you moving? Did you get hired somewhere? Good luck!!!
