alot of things went wrong with this call, from what i can surmise number 1 very poor communication on everyone's part. too many people trying to communicate, the list go's on but i dont want to piss anyone off so i'll keep it to myself

i agree with jim brunelle jr im first assistant cheif with my department and im going to show this to all my firefighters along with several other videos

Seen this before very scary, should be played for all new firefighters.
