FF 94 on scene with a working fire 2 story Row House. Car 6 updates with
Heavy fire venting from 1st floor window. Car 12 requests primary Mutual Aid
with fire extending to 2nd floor and across hallway to adjacent apartment.
Crews kept on scene for extensive overhaul and ventilation of Complex.
