About Me:

I first joined the vfd in 92 in my home town. I joined the Navy in 93 and was stationed in CA for 10yrs where i was unable to volunteer due to my working scheduel. I transfered to Norfolk where i was still unalble to volunteer. I got orders to Annapolis, MD where my wife bought a house on the Eastern Shore while i was deployed in Iraq for my third time in 04. When i moved up there i relized that the fire station was only 3 blocks from my house, so i went down to the station and got application. The sad part is i turned in my application to the chief one night that i had a chimney fire. It was the only time i could catch him. i have been with cordova vfa since 05 and love it. they are a really good group of people who understand that i can't always participate in all functions or call do to being in the Navy.
