I also volunteered for the city of windcrest fire/rescue up around north east SanAntonio

I'm a firefighter basic and trained E.M.S first responder thats about it for now still training

About Me:

Well i started off as a fire explorer in my town then when i turned 18 i went to the gregory fire department where i grew as a firefighter at the same time when i started as a firefighter i was enrolled in an E.M.S class now I'm a senior firefighter level and still learning the trade.

LOL i'm a security guard

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Chance to actually help people instead of having to stand there and watch and feel helpless

Why I Love Fire/EMS

the adrenalin when the call goes out and you know you have your work cut out for you on that call

Top Issues Facing Responders:

When volunteer departments decide to have some paid firefighters and without thinking getting rid of the volunteers when there are only 3 guys to a shift running ems and fire with no immediate backup from trained volunteers
