Top Issues Facing Responders:

Funding..Wisconsin keeps requiring more and more training and its getting hard to find volunteers with the time to take it. The state also seems to be mandating more and more things that the smaller depts do not have the funding to keep up with as often as the state is requiring. For instance we are now required to change out tires on vehicles every seven years reguardless of mileage.
