Top Issues Facing Responders:

With public education programs being reduced or cut altogether, the consequences affecting the public as well as PSAP/Emergency responders will be more prevalent. Less public educations will result in an increase in non-emergency calls as well as a rise citizens having the wrong expectation when calling for help.
