Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I joined right out of the military, didn't like life away from structure I suppose. I love my job, and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I have expeirenced so much with this job, I have seen all sorts of very serious incidents and some funny ones too. I love the crew members like brothers/sisters and when I retire it will be bitter sweet.
Why did I join for the family!!!!
Why I Love Fire/EMS
The family, the customers, the service.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Right now we are facing a large turn over in the service I think the biggest issue we face is the training and expeirence of our younger firefighters, and fire Officers.
The second issue being funding for daily operations and the much needed equipment to keep our family safe.
