Will as soon as I can. Yes I have heard of it, and we use it here, it is a city ordanance. It works well, and depending upon the system used, it is tamper-proof.

My head, my baldness? Is all by choice. Hairline is receeding, and I never want to be something I aint, so rather than look like a horseshoehead I shaved it, a little "manscaping" is all...hahohaheha.
