Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I became part of the Fire Dept. because my friend was in it and his father was the Deputy Chief at the Station. I wanted to do something for the community and have fun while doing it and I looked into the Explorer Program and now I love it.
It is so much fun and it has made me decide to join the Dept when I become a Volunteer and the career as a Fire/Medic and move on to a Fire Marshal or Official.
