I started in EMS when my mom was a Funeral Director who used to pay me to help move bodies. Some times I would see Fire/ EMS people and I wanted to do what they do. I joined a Vol dept got my EMT-B and now work as a full time Fire Fighter / EMT- B

Staffing and training. Every Dept needs more people and more training, I still need LOTS more training.
