Why I Joined Fire/EMS

To Learn! I am finding it difficult to hire competent employees that can THINK! REACT and do it with a slight bit of sanity. So I figure that most fire/EMS types are not afraid of hard work, and they have a good work ethic-- So with our developing the Gel Trucks I figure it is a good group of people to become familiar with and make associations and friends.
