Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I enjoy the daily challenges, and the ability to help others. As my career moves on I really enjoy the flexibility the fire service gives me to utilize my personal ability in the workplace.

It gives me unlimited opportunity to interact with others on a daily basis.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
I feel like emergency worker scene safety is a big challenge that we are facing currently. I feel like we also have many challenges related to training today's fire service due in part to the multiple generations that make up our current landscape of firefighters and trainers. We need to learn how to work with all generations to best me all of their needs as learners.
