I am the Senior Pastor at a 110 year old church in rural Western Missouri. I have recently moved here from the Chicago suburbs. In addition to my pastoral ministry, I have written numerous devotional studies and 6 full-length plays.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I am a local pastor. I was invited by the fire chief to serve as the fire chaplain.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I am new to this. But I have a deep respect for the firefighters in our all-volunteer department.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Dealing with tragic and near tragic situations. Coping with losing a fire victim or fellow firefighter. We just lost a firefighter in the department next to our town.
