Why I Joined Fire/EMS: To start a career in Public Service as a Volunteer Firefighter and on to a Part-Time Paid Firefighter/EMT.

Why I Love Fire/EMS: It's something different every single day we go to work or hear the tones drop.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: How to keep operating going into these hard economic times with the small budgets we have to work with to provide the Fire Suppression and EMS Services to our Community. Recruitment/Retention of members for Volunteer & Paid Per Call Unstaffed Departments. How to keep Volunteer Departments alive and well with all the new training requirements and budgets.

Now that school is about over I will have more time to work on it... feel free to give me stuff to put up anytime. I really appreciate your help with this. It is a lot of work for one person, and it makes a huge difference just having someone give me info to put up there. If you get a minute, would you mind checking the member history for me?
