second generation firefighter, US Navy trained and there was a need in my community. Yada Yada...

TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING!!! Hang your ego on the hook when you don your gear, or get the hell out. Must work as a team or someone dies, get over it!! get in sit down, shut up, and hold on, LETS ROLL!
