RENSSELAER NY.JUST EAST OVER THE BRIDGE FROM ALBANY NY.ITS A SMALL CITY.ITS ABOUT THREE MILES. LONG.AND TWO MILES WIDE, WITH A POPULATION OF 76.00. .WE HAVE FOUR ENGINES AND ONE LADDER. TWO OF THE ENGINES ARE FULLY VOLUNTEER. THEY ARE ENGINE ONE AND ENGINE TWO. LADDER. ONE, ENGINE THREE AND ENGINE FOUR IS COMBINED WITH FOUR SHIFTS.A.B.C.D.TWELEVE CAREER, AND CITY WIDE VOLUNTEERS OF TWENTY-FIVE.
THREE CHIEFS : CAR ONE IS PHIL FOUST.CAR TWO IS PHIL SMITH.CAR THREE IS STEVE MANN. IM PROUD OF THE TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THE CITY OF RENSSELAER CHEMICAL AND HOSE COMPANY FOUR.

The local 2643 Rensselaer Firefighters Union is holding a volunteer apreciation day on sunday May 4 at 7pm at the truck house all volunteers are invited to attened.
