Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I marriad a firefighter !
And you all know when you marry a Firefighter you marry the whole fire department and all the stuff that goes with it. And when he took over as Fire Chief I became his secretary and the Chief Secretary for the whole fire department which means I take care of all the stuff he can't do during the day while he's at work.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
seeing my husband in his fire gear as he's walking out the door to go to a fire or when he's returning back from a fire .

Not being able to get the youth involved , they are the future!

    Connie, glad to meet yall. I have always said behind a sucusfull man is a better lady. Will sure Jeff would agree with me on that statement. Glad that your one son is involved in the Jr. Fire Fighter. You are so correct, hard to get the youth involved. I think that we have a great groop of youth now as Jr. Fire Fighters here in Stewart County. I am like Jeff, anticapation that it will grow even more.
