About Me:: I own a small furniture restoration business, I stripp off paint/varnish and refinish furniture as well as restore antiques. I also love restoring steam engines, every thing from locomotives to steam traction engines. My latest is a 1904 CASE compound engine 20/60Hp. I spend some time at APMA in Brooks Ore. there are 14 museums, in cluding the Oregon Fire Service Museum.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: When I was 8 we moved to Estacada, I would hear the over head air raid siren from my house, by the time I was 10 I would be at the fire station hanging around untell I was sent home. I guys there were like brothers and metered me. I became a fire explorer when I was 14. and never stoped. Now I can menter the nexed genaration of firefighters.
