    Hi Danielle,I wish you the very best at LT because as long as you believe in yourself in life you will always be one of the best and don't ever hesitate to ask questions from fellow firefighters because at one time or another if your heart is in it you will find yourself moving up the the ranks but the best firefighters and Leaders are ones that listen to their other firefighters and always work as a Team because there is No I in Team.. I am sure you will be the very best. I have been a Lt and I enjoyed educating my men and women in the dept and having that listening ear because you can learn from one anothers ideas in life because always remember your fellow firefighters are as scared as you are when the alarm comes in but always work together and you will always do your best for the community and the dept.
