    Good luck to your team. I know it requires alot of work. Even more by you in your position. I have spent the last 14 years as a Reserve Deputy myself for a local county Sheriff's Office. Also 7 years during the same time full time as a police officer and serving as Assistant Cheif of Police for a year and a half. keep your powder dry !
