    joe, catching up on my to do list and one of those things is welcome you to the nation ,,,, the sites fun and many of the discussions are interesting ,,,, it's nice seeing how other departments and countries perform the same operations ,,,, but i love looking at all the different style apparatus used all over the world ,,,, word to the wise if you trade patches be careful, there are a few people looking to just get and not reciprocate ,,,, now, i will not mail anything till i have something in hand, but you do what you want ,,,, my goal is not to get a patch i do not collect them but rather, warn you and watch your back as we all do for each other, it's what the brotherhood is all about ,,,, if you wanna add me as a friend, great, if not that too is OK, my message is intended to simply welcome you to the site ,,,,
