Why I Joined Fire/EMS: My love for helping people and giving back to the comunity. I feel like this is my place in life, i love doing what i do!!

Top Issues Facing Responders:: It is alittle harder sometimes being vol, sometimes you only have a handful of member or many other diffrent reasons, and it is hard sometimes to have the man power. I have been a part of other VFD's and it was very hard to have muchless keep members. So i think that this is as well as funding challenges.
