the rugrat rescue f.d. is a pedi emergency responce team. (p.e.r.t.) and fire safty training department. started in n.y.c. in 1970 and has spread to several states. our members are retired and active f.f. & ems personal. we teach children (and some parents who thing they know it all) fire safty.
