Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Started in Law enforcement with first responders... Then met my husband who is the Fire Chief (now, just a captain when we met) and I expressed my interest in his line of work, so now I volunteer along side of him and have been promoted to Asst Fire Chief by the special district board! I have just completed recerting my law enforcement training through POST and 832PC course to enhance my Arson Investigation 1A & 1B. I have also completed my EMT basic and awaiting National Registry testing date. I am the Engineer for the First out engine E270. THAT WAS BEFORE NOW IM LOOKING AGAIN ON ALL LEVELS
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Helping people is the most rewarding thing you can do with you life.
