Started with volunteer dept in 1983 then moved to Frostburg FD in 1985. Worked my way through those ranks to AC. Started in 1990 with Howard County DFRS and am currently the BC in Code Enforcement. Have BS from UMUC in Fire Science and AA's in Business Admin and Elecro-Mechanical Technology from Allegany College.
