    Hey Brett,

    I am in TN - just outside of Nashville. Things here are finally drying out a bit! Not a place to live if one has allergies to mold/mildew. We are already in the upper 80s/lower 90s ... looking like a long, hot, summer for us again this year.

    There are some really great forums! Some are excellent resources; some for venting; some for insanity (my personal favorite!) ...
