About Me:
I'm 19, have been on CFD for 5 months now, and have absolutely fallen in love with the adrenaline, the action, and the feeling of completion after a good call. I start my EMT-B course in July, and am planning to be a full time firefighter/EMT. Am currently finishing up my Associates Degrees in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Honestly, to get volunteer work to put on my application to Law School. Little did I know, I would find my true passion in firefighting/EMS.

it's a great feeling of accomplishment.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
In my area, the most serious problem we have is that we do not have enough personnel. We have names, but people do not actually show up for training meetings, go on calls, or further their training.
