Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I was in a very bad accident in 1989 where 3 of my friends died. If it hadn't been for the Firefighter's and EMT's that night I wouldn't be here. I am eternally grateful for that and I am giving back to the community. It's an awesome feeling to help someone, and every night before I go to bed I thank god for allowing me to have survived and for the ability to help others.

No Problem... again I will say ... Wow.. I use to run back in the early 80's with two dept's in St. Mary's County, the Hollywood Vol Fire Dept, Company 7, and the Bay District Vol Fire Dept, Company 3. I had a great time with both. I was stationed with the Navy at Patuxent River. I say the best trained Vol FF's are in the State of Maryland, and it also has the best look'in aye... Tom

Yes they are for the first time in the history of the NJ state Fire cComvention we had H.O.T classes. The most physically demanding class I have every taken. Don't eat more for breakfast then you think you face piece can hold. If you get a chance check out cmcfirechiefs.com they are having it again this Sept. space is limited.

WOW HOPE THE KNEE HOLDS UP. IT WAS THE BEST CLASS EVER 4 STATIONS BAILOUTS, ENTANGELMENTS, STAYING ORIENTED AND GETTING OUT ALIVE. WAS VERY TOUGH ON A HOT DAY.

My name is Adel and I am trying to figure out what products are best for female firefighters. I have worked as a firefighter for only three years so I am just getting started. Currently I am a student at Eastern algerinne University in in the Fire & Safety Engineering Technology Program. Although I have only been a firefighter for three years I have had my fair share of small gloves that were still too big and pants that went up to my belly button! I was wondering if you could take the time out of your busy schedule to share some of your favorite/best fitting/most functional products for female firefighters. Weather it’s an awesome fitting pair of pants, A polo shirt that has sleeves that do not go down to your elbows, a pair of great gloves, or boots that have an awesome fit. I met mine 34 years ago. I have spent of 30 of those years involved with the fire service. I go on the road once in a while and our relationship now is stronger than its ever been.
Don't settle for anything less.
"Til death do us part" is not to be taken lightly.
