Hey Capt. I noticed today on the game forums I seem to always follow your reply, so I thought I'd take a look at your page. Impressive photos. Congrats on the completion of teaching your first FF I/II course. Take care and stay safe.

I've been on a volunteer roster for alittle over 2 years now. Was going thru the paramedic program shortly after I was accepted as a member. That was too time consuming to try to tackle FF I at same time. Not to mention I had to put paramedic on hold at the request of the government, for a second tour to Iraq. I will be leaving here in about a week and hope to pick back up with my training when I get home. Any pointers on what to study up on before tackling FF I?

Captain, I like reading up on you. Your motives and drive are an inspiration. I plug in "Thoughts for the day." all the time and just came accross these two. They sure apply to our Fire Service. "Most people dont leave their jobs due to lack of money. They leave because they dont feel appreciated." and "It is the presence of HOPE, not challenge, that generates capabilities and the desire to succeed". Keep up the good work. MPAWY.
