About Me:: I have been a 911 Dispatcher for 6 Yrs for LaGrange County. We dispatch for Police,Fire, and EMS throughout the county and including the towns. I work third shift and it can range from nothing going on to balls to the wall. Just depends on the night.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: To help people in emergency situations.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: Working with the various emergency service agencies and helping the public.
Top Issues Facing Responders:: Safety of emergency service personnel. Nowadays emergency personnel have no ideal what they are getting into on each call. Dangerous drug manufacturing, traffic, domestic violence, and terrorist make it a very dangerous environment for our responding units.
