Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I joined to help people. I love the thrill. I also was attending nursing school and joining the fire department and ems its something i've wanted to do for many years. Now Im here and Im here to stay.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: There is no greater feeling than helping someone in need!
Top Issues Facing Responders:: I believe Safety is the biggest issue to be addressed. With all the new hazardous materials and terrorism and new car technology it is an onging process to keep updated for our safety and the patients safety.

Welcome to the nation from OH. I actually grow up in WV (Kenova--about 15 min from Huntington). I went to Marshall University for a little while. What is the closest (more known) town/city to you.
