    Robert,
You are right that God is an awesome God. I wish you the best during your chemo, hope you don't get slammed by the side effects, sometimes they are worse than the problem itself with my Dad. The FCSN again is an awesome group that assists firefighters and their family members who are dealing with cancer. The website is http://www.fcsn.net
    God Bless You

    Hey Robert,
How are you doing? I just wanted to check in on you. I will be gone for a little over a week in Alaska for training.

God bless you and your family brother! I had kidney cancer and it takes a toll on the family as well as us. I’m sure your FD family will welcome you back with open arms. Congratulations on your promotion as well. If you ever need to talk, I for one will be here for you. God Bless, Mike, Baltimore City FD.

you are in my thoughts and prayers, as well as another firefighter buddy of mines, well not yet but I'm calling him on the phone today and I'm going to request that you get added to a bunch of others prayer lists. it's kind of like calling in a 2nd or 3rd alarm... : ) more prayers are good and you know that you are not alone. take care brother and god bless you. I do a lot of photography and have included one of my very favorite ocean sunset photos for you to enjoy. Let's make those blood cells happy! I know that you will bounce back from this, be cancer free and get on with your life! Stay strong and live long! My best, Mike from Santa Barbara.

Robert, I watched that show the other night and was very impressed and pleased with it. It also had me thinking about my dad that had passed away 24 years ago from cancer. I do miss him and I just want to tell you to truly stay strong and get better. thanks for the comment too.

How ya doin?Have not heard any updates. We had a church do a special thank-you to us 2 weeks ago. They said we were heros however I think people like you are the heros. We fight the fire and go home . You continue to fight every day.Hang in there and keep the faith . Our prayers are with you.We have a firefighter in the hospital right now. He was at the academy when he went down do to dehydration. He went in and came out twice from the hospital .Sat. he was released and taken back in early Sun for emergency surgery. Not sure what is happening to him.The doctors are testing everything and will not let him go this time until they find the problem.Be safe and God Bless to you and your family.Remember, positive attitudes are the best healing power.

Hey Rob, just got back from a training week at Montour Falls. It was great, learned a lot and worked my butt off. I have the bruises to prove it. LOL Stay safe....

Hi Rob, sorry the class didn't make. Hopefully the changes will make a difference. My next stop will be MY Space. I see you sent a request. Stay well my friend. Jim

I think your saying that Oct 4 is the 100th anniversary of the Tville FD and you and your wife will not be there for the search class. Is this correct? Also is your wifes surgery Sunday this weekend or next on the 5th? Good luck to you, hope the kids are in your future. Jim
  • Jim

Still not sure what your saying here. " Well I hate that it didn't get worked out. " The search program will continue and be on Tues, Wed, And Sat next week the 4th. Good luck. Jim
  • Jim

Sorry to hear about you experience today. I hope your feeling better. We only had nine to sign up. I have been assured there will be more tomorrow to get over ten. Half were there to study their EMT. If the numbers as a whole stay this low the programs will be cancelled. Hope you have a better day tomorrow, Take care . Jim
