Anyone out there doing any crazy workout routines to stay in shape? Let me know...I've been doing a workout called "P90X" and it's kickn' my butt...just wondering what others are doing to stay healthy and not become another statistic...

Hey, I saw you are a Fairfax firefighter. I am trying to get hired there now and just wandering if you have any advice? I have had all my tests done for about a year now but have not heard anything back. I also have some more fire classes that are not on my file but i dont know what what number to call to give them that info. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
