    We had a single level stucture last week we were called out mutual-aid,it was complete CHAOS. First man down was 1st dues chief,15minutes into it.One working pumper, one so old no-one knew how to operate it.2 lines where 4 were needed,no command structure at all.Shitty situation,total loss.

    The Tower had a funny call today it's on the front page of our website. There was a 2 alarm fire down by the capitol yesterday but I was on the west end of the city on a detail to Engine 1. The last few fires I have been on the ambo though.

    the last fire we had was a few months ago in a senior citizen apartment complex that killed one person, and a semi went off the interstate and killed the driver. other than that is all the same old business here. how about you?

    We have a no burn policy right now cause we haven't had rain in forever! Since then we've had around 20 illegal burns. This one family was burning a christmas tree by a main road. The flames were huge!!!! I swear some people just don't get it.

    We have gone to 800mhz and then have been using a talk around on the fire ground. Still having some issues with them and like Mike I don't know what freq were on either. I know bad chief I should know that stuff. LOL
