Top Issues Facing Responders:
the major issues facing responders is the fact that the world has changed and we have to take a different aspect to the calls we respond too and in some cases we have to approach things differently also. another issue facing the fire service is the fact the people don't have the time to do much volunteering anymore, volunteer fire departments need to find something to keep the members they have and a good recruiting tool to get more members.
It has been a great truck. We get busted on the color, but we all know it is really function. They do a nice job building trucks in Sutphen East. Sorry you are not there anymore.
To all my friend, my fire department is selling t shirts from our wet down we had for our new rescue/pemper. if any one would like one send me a message, the shirts are going for $12 each.
Chris if want I can come down there for a Demo of the two unit I sent you Info on. It would only cost you one or two beers & some pizza after. give me a call (518)368-2820 ask for Fuzzy
I stumbled across a comment you made in the FASNY group looking for recruitment help.
I've just taken charge of FASNY's statewide recruitment and retention efforts. I'm curious to know how FASNY can support your local efforts.
Keeping in mind that we can't do the actual recruiting for you, what tools and resources can we provide that you can leverage to make your job more effective at recruiting and retaining qualified members?
