Top Issues Facing Responders:

I think we're a good, competent appropriately aggressive group. I feel the Erie County incident communication system is hit or miss. Sometimes I miss calls due to this. I'd also like to see amplifiers on our masks, so we don't have to scream at each other to be understood.
