    Gee,

I didn't realize CAFD was still in existence in 2002. Are they still in service or have they gone by the way like so many other Volunteer Groups in Greater Boston? I know all of the Brester brothers. I worked with George and Steve doinf some private work with them years ago and I worked with Richie at Boston EMS. Stay safe Brother.

    Brian,
I was an aux. firefighter in Somerviile back in the 70's. Worked with guys that have moved on to the regular department like Beckwith, Kelleher, Salvi, Gibson, Swanton, Bazylinski and others. Always enjoyed my time there. I am currently a Lt. with a small town combination department in R.I. and am a full time fire dispatcher and fire academy instructor here in R.I. I listen to the audio of Somerville all the time. Keep up the good work!
