    Yeah the ramp and winch very nice, If the pt is like under or right around 450 we just life the cot but anything over that we ramp them in. We had a 900++++ pt a while ago wow he got the ramp and we had to help push the cot into the truck it kinda sucked. well any who have a great Christmas and be safe lifting
