the interview was FINE.....I posted a new blog on my page about it---thanks!!
  • Tim

You have a nice looking resume over there. Hopefully I can get there someday. I'm working on it. Have a good one.
  • Engineco913

Joe, I appreciate the help in renewing some of the older forum posts. I am not trying to toot my own horn any, but I am tired of reading crap in the forum, when there are many more pressing issues that require our time. Thanks again and be safe bro
  • Randy Macey

Check out the some of the Groups, I have started up "Close Calls" an area to tell your story of what you did and should not of so others learn. "Roll Calls" this is another group that allows you to tell us about your station and district. "Trainers Corner" is another area that you can read about issues other trainers have or deal with. As well if your not a trainer you can ask questions or state concerns you have. If you have a hard time locating them just go to my site and look at the bottom left hand corner.

Enjoy, be safe and remember we all come home.

    Thanks for the add Joe.
    I'm a fan.
Have you noticed in the "discussions" that very few "discuss"?
Most just comment. So, few discuss and many of the blogs aren't really blogs. FireSpace.com, perhaps?
    Thanks for keeping it interesting.

Chief: Your post on scene safety you used the word serendipity. Truly one of our treasures of the entire English language. Great choice! Good luck with your presentation.
  • Engineco913

Hey Joe, just touching base. Hope all is well, be safe
  • Engineco913

Wow, you definately have your hands full. Just seemed a little odd not having contact after so long lol. Either way brother, stay safe

Joe, one of my sons, now retired from the police service and presently serving as fire and safety officer for a large museum, was recently diagnosed with glaucoma. He now reports that with good medical monitoring and appropriate medications, his ocular pressures are near normal. The best of luck in all that you do.

    Joe -

I'm glad you got something of value out of my Prospective Member Guide blog.

Sorry for the smart-ass response in the discussion. I just couldn't resist.

Let me know how I can help.

    Stay safe. Train often.
  • Tiger Schmittendorf

    Thanks Joe -

I went to send you an invite to a group and realized we had never connected as friends.

    Stand by for the invite.

Hello Joe, I do appologize for the blog. I clearly wasn't thinking when I posted all of them. I copied all my poetry and pasted them in my blogs. It was a lesson learned, and I assure you it won't happen again. Unfortunatlly, I don't have experience or any stories to share about the fire or ems service's yet, and I am trying to get more familiar with the website. However, I do sincerely look forward to sharing plenty of stories and knowledge that I pass along the way with others, just as everyone else has done Didn't mean to offend you, or anyone for that matter in anyway.
  • Tiger Schmittendorf

    Yep.
  • Engineco913

    Hey Joe,
just as a fyi I started a blog for those of my friends and extended family who want to continue the discussion of The seat belt pledge. With it stalemated with only 73 signatures maybe we can all come together for another plan
