Top Issues Facing Responders:
criticizim in our workforce speaking mainly of city boards against us...safety safety safety...there are quite a few that dont mind or would rather go in alone so they can say I put that one out when in essence they were freelancing which one day will get them or you hurt or killed....training is the most important thing we as firefighters can do...documentation on training also helps with trends that plague our service and see how we can correct them.....

Hey Plugman! I use to hunt those lil' tree rats down in Smith Co. when I was a young'un but I never went Deer hunting! I kinda don't regret it now cause I see how much $$$ our Brothers spend on all that hunt'n stuff and I have to spend my firefighter fortune on schools, cars, car insurance...blablabla,perrils of being a city boy I guess ! You jus be careful an don't let some iggit shoot ya ! Be safe!
