Innappropraite use of social media "tools" by not knowing what is right and wrong. - Lack of "Pride and Ownership" with the up coming generation. - Community involvement in the Volunteer world. - The sue happy people, and micromanagement that you read about daily that kills the moral in what is the greatest job in the world.
