Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I have wanted to be a firefighter since my 3rd birthday at one of the busiest fire stations in Metro Atlanta which was nearby my house growing up. I kept up with the people for over 25 years from that same station. These people are very good friends of mine that have now retired, are batallion chiefs, captains, and one good friend died in the line of duty in 1986. It has stayed in my blood and now I am on the job.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
helping others; my kids hero
