    It has been a really dry summer, we have had a number of grass fires. Deck fires from people flipping lit smokes off the deck. Just the other day we had 8 station call for 4 barns that where lost.

    Yea, damn farmers...hah! The farmer across the road used to set all his garbage on fire using a round bail. Then head back to the city, people would call and complain. Man that used be a hike back 40 getting to the fire. "Note to self, bring a flash light when it's 2a.m." Once you put it out, it's sure is dark out here...hah!
