Gonna get the AED out and pump some life into this place.
  • Michael J. Garcia

ok you win No need for the AED...Fire fighting for me is so slow I'm dancing around hoping for a storm ..the rain Gods are against here..And how many American Indians died for that dance??? I keep waiting for a gunshot at me or someone calling in 911 for a nut case doing a rain dance in his field
    Mike
  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp

Mike, hold off on the rain dance. Give us a couple more months of sunshine.
  • Michael J. Garcia

Rain dance is held off for a while since I will be starting a new venture starting on Monday at Timber Products in Medford...I will miss the friends and the smoke the sound of the roaring fire but ...I will always be a wildland firefighter and am hoping to become a volunteer again in my Gold Hill area. God bless to all
  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp

Good Luck Michael. Season is about to burn out anyhow. I think that last rain dance you did is finally gonna come home on us in a big way soon. Naw! you'll always have that Wildland Firefighter inside you forever! Always remember my days in the "HotShots"
  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp

1st day of the State EMS Conference is done. I more day to go. Good to see old friends and new ones too. Where are you?
  • John West

I am taking a furlough day. I hope the conference is great. I have never been to one due to work schedules etc... It looked like it had some good stuff this year.
  • Evan Lee Underwood

I agree with Chief Sharp, not much activity in here although it has picked up lately. Where is the EMS conference taking place?
  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp

The EMS conference was in Portland at Jansen Beach RED LION. I enjoyed the interaction and the training.
  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp

OK, so what big storm? Just more weather guy hype! We might have got a wee bit of drizzle. Wheres all the high winds, heavy rain. BLAH BLAH BLAH!

  • Fireyladd - Retired Chief Sharp
